Ret. Sergeant First Class Don H. Dingman, 75, of Walters, Oklahoma, passed away on Sunday, April 27, 2025.
Mr. Dingman was born on August 14, 1949, in Concord, Vermont, to Lawrence and Margarite (Coovey) Dingman. Don grew up in New Hampshire enjoying hunting, fishing, and the outdoors. He joined the Army right after school, serving his country for twenty-six years. He finished his military career at Ft. Sill and remained in Walters with his wife since 2007, Threesa Mae Dingman, enjoying the quiet country lifestyle.
He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Threesa Mae Dingman; daughter Christina (Mike), Tiasee; son Don Dingman Jr.; three step-children: Jessica Trowbridge, Kyle (Trudy) Trowbridge, and Missy Trowbridge; two sisters, Roselyn Gonyer and Ethel Newland; along with many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other loving family members.
Private family services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home.
