At Tuesday night’s City Council meeting, Mayor Jonathan Morgan proudly presented Earl Shannon with a Proclamation declaring April 1st as “Earl Shannon Plumbing Day.”
Earl Shannon dedicated 61 years of service to our community, providing reliable plumbing solutions that helped countless families and businesses in Walters. The City of Walters and its citizens are incredibly grateful for his hard work, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to our town.
