E. Request from Linda Green, Widow of Trooper Nik Green, presented by Cotton County Sheriff Tim King and Cotton County Commissioner Milton Honeycutt, to permit Ms. Green to place a monument on CR 1940 north of Devol in memory of Trooper Nik Green, who was killed on duty 12/26/2003.
Motion by Honeycutt to approve, 2nd by Anderson.

F. Cotton County/Walters E911 Trust Authority Invoice for October in the amount of $8726.99 approved on motion by Anderson, 2nd by Vardell.

G. Discussed possible action on the implementation of a Mobile Work Boot Truck for County employees. The board requested additional information from the two companies interested in providing this service. Assessor Brasier asked if work boots would be available for her field employees. The Board assured her that they would be. Decision deferred pending additional information on motion by Honeycutt, 2nd by Anderson.

H. Resolution 25-46 authorizing Cotton County Treasurer to deposit funds from AT&T for a refund of credit on the County Clerk final bill in the amount of $30.60 to the E-2 account (0001-5-8009-2005).
