City Hall wants to give a big “Shout Out” to the City of Walters Electric Department! They have been working hard these last few weeks putting up this year’s Christmas decorations on Broadway. City Hall teamed up with several local churches in our great community to collaborate and purchase this year’s Christmas decorations. The churches that supported and donated this year’s decorations are: Walters Church of Nazarene, Open Door Church of God, Walters First United Methodist Church, First Baptist Church, Walters Bible Baptist Church, Walters First Christian Church, Metcalfe Family – Nativity Scene & Angel, and Saint Patrick Catholic Church. We want to thank these local churches and the Metcalfe Family for their generous donation so that we will have a bright light shine upon us this year during the holidays!
