City Hall would like to Congratulate Noel Frantz, City of Walters Electric Department Employee, on earning a Certificate of Achievement from Municipal Electric Systems of Oklahoma. Noel successfully completed MESO Electric Utility Training Course for Basic Lineman Apprentice School.
Noel is a valued employee to the City of Walters Electric Department and we are grateful that he’s continuing his education and training to help enhance his knowledge in the electrical field.
