NOTICE AND ORDER OF PETITION FOR PROBATE OF FOREIGN WILL, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, AND DETERMINATION OF HEIRS AT LAW, DEVISES AND LEGATEES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of DAYLE REED DOWLEN DEWS, deceased, that on the 1st day of October, 2024, James Scott Dews and Linda Dews Coombes, Co-Personal Representatives, filed with the District Court of Cotton County, Oklahoma, a Petition requesting Admission to Probate of a Foreign Will, issuance of Letters of Testamentary to James Scott Dews and Linda Dews Coombes in the Estate of DAYLE REED DOWLEN DEWS, deceased, appointing Petitioners as Co-Personal Representatives to serve in said capacity without bond, asking that the Court make a judicial determination of the heirs-at-law, devisees, and legatees of the decedent; and for such other orders as the Court may deem just and proper.
Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that said petition is hereby set for hearing on the 4th day of November, 2024, at 1:00 o’clock p.m. in the Courtroom of the Honorable Judge Flanagan, Judge of the District Court of Cotton County, 301 North Broadway, Walters, Oklahoma 73572, when and where all persons interested in the Estate of the Decedent, DAYLE REED DOWLEN DEWS, may appear and contest the same.
