IN THE MATTER OF THE GUARDIANSHIP OF MARIA DELGADO,
Case No. PG-2024-6
AN INCAPACITATED PERSON,
ORDER FOR HEARING ON PETITION FOR SALE OF WARD’S PROPERTY
It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court from the verified Petition of Ramon C. Delgado, guardian of the person and property of Maria Delgado, seeking to sell real estate owned by the Ward, that the sale of the property would be in the best interest of the Ward, due to her no longer residing in the property and to pay the costs associated with the Ward’s nursing care. The Court orders that said Petition should be set for hearing.
IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that said petition be and hereby is set for hearing on the 18th day of October 2024, at 10:00 o’clock A.M. in the Courtroom of the undersigned Judge or the Judge to whom this cause is assigned on said day, in the County Courthouse in the City of Walters, Cotton County, Oklahoma. Any interested person is ordered to appear and show cause, if any, as to why an order, as prayed for in said Petition, should not be granted to the said guardian to sell said real property of said Ward at either public or private sale, for the reasons and purposes mentioned in said Petition, as shall be judged to be in the best interest of said Ward’s estate and of all the parties interested therein.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that copies of this Order be mailed to all persons entitled to notice pursuant to Title 30 O.S. §3-110, with postage thereon prepaid at their last known addresses; and that a copy of this Order to show cause be published once in a newspaper published in this county, the first publication of which notices shall not be less than ten (10) days before the time fixed for said hearing.
