- A daughter, Patricia Ann, was born Monday, September 18, to Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Williams, of the Plainview community.
- Miss Dorothy Jo Tarkington, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dee Tarkington, of Temple, and Robert L. Lines, Jr., of Walters, were married Thursday evening, September 14, at the First Baptist parsonage in Walters. Mr. Lines is the son of Mr. and Mrs. R. L. Lines, of Walters.
