Copan: August 17. Elevation is normal and stable; water temperature 84°F and stained. (USACE Lake Level) Blue, channel, and flathead catfish good on chicken liver, cut bait, live bait, live shad, shad, sunfish, and worms below the dam, main lake, riprap, rocks, and shorelines. Crappie slow on hair jigs, minnows, PowerBait, small lures, and tube jigs around brush structure and docks. Report submitted by Lt. Joe Alexander, game warden stationed in Washington County.

Eucha: August 18. Elevation is normal and stable; water temperature 86°F and clear. (USGS Lake Level) Largemouth bass fair on plastic baits and spinnerbaits around brush structure and shorelines. Channel catfish fair on cut bait and worms around docks and shorelines. Crappie fair on jigs and minnows around brush structure. Fort Gibson: August 18. Elevation is normal and rising; water temperature 84°F and clear. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits, jigs, spoons, topwater lures, and worms around coves, docks, and shorelines. Striped bass hybrids and white bass good on crankbaits, hair jigs, in-line spinnerbaits, and spoons below the dam, channels, and main lake. Blue and channel catfish good on chicken liver, shad, stinkbait, sunfish, and worms below the dam, channels, coves, and main lake. Greenleaf: August 18. Elevation is normal and stable; water temperature 84°F and clear. Largemouth bass good on crankbaits, flukes, minnows, plastic baits, spinnerbaits, topwater lures, and worms around brush structure, creek channels, docks, shorelines, and weed beds. Channel catfish good on dough bait, minnows, shad, stinkbait, and worms around coves, creek channels, docks, flats, and shorelines. Hulah: August 17. Elevation is normal and stable; water temperature 84°F and stained. (USACE Lake Level) Blue, channel, and flathead catfish good on chicken liver, cut bait, live bait, live shad, shad, stinkbait, sunfish, and worms below the dam, channels, main lake, riprap, rocks, and shorelines. Kaw: August 19. Elevation is 3 ft. below normal and falling; water temperature 84°F and clear. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth and spotted bass good on buzz baits, crankbaits, jigs, plastic baits, and topwater lures around brush structure, docks, riprap, shorelines, and standing timber. Striped bass hybrids and white bass excellent on crankbaits, hair jigs, in-line spinnerbaits, jigs, sassy shad, shad, and spoons below the dam, main lake, points, rocks, and shallows. Crappie good on hair jigs, jigs, live bait, and minnows around brush structure, coves, and standing timber. Comments: Lake is very low and new hazards exist every day. Keystone: August 18. Elevation is 2 ft. above normal and stable; water temperature 85°F and stained. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth bass fair on jigs and plastic baits around brush structure, creek channels, riprap, and rocks. Blue catfish good on cut bait around dam, flats, and main lake. Crappie and bluegill sunfish good on minnows around docks. Report submitted by Bailey Johnson, game warden stationed in Creek County.

Lower Illinois River: August 16. Elevation is 1.5 ft. above normal and stable; water temperature 64°F and clear. All fishing is slow. Comments: Current river flow 4,600 CFS. Report submitted by Jerry Henry, game warden stationed in Sequoyah County.

Oologah: August 18. Elevation is normal and stable; water temperature 80°F and clear. White bass slow on crankbaits and in-line spinnerbaits around flats and main lake. Skiatook: August 18. Elevation is 7 ft. below normal and stable; water temperature 85°F and clear. (USACE Lake Level) Striped bass hybrids and white bass fair on crankbaits and live shad around channels and points. Crappie fair on jigs and minnows around brush structure and standing timber. Sooner: August 18. Elevation is normal and stable; water temperature 85°F and clear. Largemouth bass fair on plastic baits and topwater lures around brush structure and weed beds. Striped bass hybrids fair on jigs and live shad around main lake. Blue and channel catfish fair on cut bait, stinkbait, and sunfish around coves and flats. Tenkiller: August 18. Elevation is 2.5 ft. above normal and rising; water temperature 83°F and murky. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth and spotted bass fair on crankbaits, jigs, plastic baits, and topwater lures around coves, docks, and shorelines. White bass fair on crankbaits, hair jigs, in-line spinnerbaits, and spoons around channels and main lake. Blue and channel catfish good on chicken liver, shad, stinkbait, sunfish, and worms around coves, creek channels, and main lake. Comments: A lot of debris is moving down the lake from the river and creeks due to recent heavy rainfall. Boaters should exercise caution while on the lake. Striped and white bass fair on crankbaits, hair jigs, and sassy shad below the dam, channels, and main lake. Blue and channel catfish good on chicken liver, live bait, shad, stinkbait, and worms around creek channels, flats, main lake, and river channel. Blue River: August 19. Elevation is normal and stable; water temperature 81°F and clear. (USGS Lake Level) Largemouth, smallmouth, and spotted bass good on crankbaits, jerk baits, jigs, spinnerbaits, topwater lures, and tube jigs around brush structure, channels, rocks, shallows, shorelines, and weed beds. Channel catfish fair on chicken liver, punch bait, stinkbait, and worms around brush structure, channels, and rocks. Broken Bow: August 16. Elevation is 7 ft. below normal and falling; water temperature 86°F and clear. Crappie fair on jigs and minnows around brush structure and standing timber. Channel catfish good on chicken liver and cut bait around creek channels.
